Eden is a new compilation from Six Degrees Records that focuses on the "deeper" end of music from around the world. Featuring a roster of established names and new faces from the Six Degrees family, Eden brings together the sounds of well known global texturalists Cheb I Sabbah, Niyaz, The Midival Punditz (featuring Anoushka Shankar), Karsh Kale and Banco de Gaia as well as up and comers, The Bombay Dub Orchestra (as remixed by Thievery Corporation), Shrift and Rara Avis. In a compilation market glutted by "Café Del Buddha" clones, Eden carves it's own unique sonic path into the world of "global chill".
